About Maty
I’m Mátyás Meichl, Senior UX and GenAI Strategy Lead with over 25 years of experience in digital design. My work brings together critical thinking, creativity and technology to make complex problems solvable and innovation practical.
I have led digital transformation initiatives and GenAI adoption at multinational companies, training more than 8,000 employees worldwide and delivering measurable productivity gains. I also directed UX delivery for major platforms including Salesforce and SAP, improving product quality, raising design maturity and driving adoption across entire organizations.
What defines my work is not just the scale of projects, but the approach. I design training that builds confidence in AI, craft experiences that put people first, and facilitate workshops that align stakeholders around real solutions.
What drives me is helping organizations achieve more than they thought possible through design that is both human and intelligent.
